Weather: Light rain/drizzle throughout visit. The path out to Ringmere is quite boggy in places with the recent rain.

The gull roost dispersed for some unknown reason before having any chance to do any counts. Whatever caused the disturbance did not appear to have affected the other birds on Langmere, with notably high counts of both Teal and Pochard today. Two Mute Swans also flew off south at the start of my visit.
